Delivery & Refund Policy
Sighthem is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. This page explains digital service delivery and refund policy.
1. Service Delivery
Sighthem is a digital service. Your account is activated immediately after payment confirmation, and access details are sent to your registered email. No physical shipment is involved.
- Delivery time: within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Delivery method: account access via crm.sighthem.com.
- No shipping fee; digital service only.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contract Regulation, the right of withdrawal is not applicable once digital service delivery has commenced. However, Sighthem offers partial refunds under the following conditions:
- First 14-day trial: No payment is taken during the first 14 days after signup, this is a free trial period.
- Technical defect: In case of a Sighthem-caused outage exceeding 24 hours that cannot be resolved, the fee for the affected period is refunded proportionally.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email info@sighthem.com with (a) your account email, (b) payment date, and (c) your reason. Requests are evaluated within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are submitted back to the originating bank/card within 3-10 business days. Reflection time depends on your bank.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from within the panel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there is no prorated refund, but you retain access until period end.
