This agreement is prepared under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contract Regulation.

2. Subject of Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and digital delivery of the SaaS subscription purchased by the BUYER from the SELLER via sighthem.com, with the features and price as specified, and the determination of the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Product/Service Information

  • Service Type: Digital service (SaaS subscription)
  • Period: Monthly or annual subscription
  • Fee: Displayed on /fiyat page based on the selected plan. VAT included.
  • Payment Method: Credit/debit card via a PCI DSS-compliant secure payment processor.
  • Delivery: Instant digital access upon payment confirmation.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Waiver

Pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the delivery of intangible goods performed instantly online and delivered immediately to the consumer (software, digital content, service credits, etc.).

By approving this Agreement, the BUYER explicitly acknowledges, declares and undertakes that they request immediate commencement of the service/digital content, are aware that this eliminates the right of withdrawal, and hereby waive this right in advance.

5. Obligations of the Parties

SELLER:

  • Provides the service as described.
  • Maintains technical infrastructure (SLA target 99.5%).
  • Processes personal data in line with KVKK.

BUYER:

  • Keeps account details accurate and up-to-date.
  • Is responsible for password security.
  • Uses the service lawfully and in accordance with the terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent up to the threshold set by the Ministry of Customs and Trade; above that threshold, Istanbul Consumer Courts are competent.

7. Effective Date

By confirming the order electronically on the site, the BUYER is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of this agreement.
