Product and Scope

What is Sighthem?

Sighthem is a SaaS platform that runs the entire trade-operations workflow, from lead generation to cash collection, for SMB export/import teams. It replaces spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and a stack of disconnected tools with one operational backbone.

Who is Sighthem built for?

Trade teams of 2-30 people: exporting manufacturers, service exporters, importers. Cargo-owner companies that want to manage leads, customers, orders, shipments, and collection on a single operational stack.

Is Sighthem for forwarders or customs brokers?

No. Sighthem targets cargo-owner (exporter / importer) teams. The forwarder, customs broker, and bonded warehouse market is out of scope; we do not compete with forwarder-specific tools like CargoWise.

What does Sighthem cover?

Lead → customer pipeline, multi-currency orders and invoices, Incoterms 2020 picker, GTIP / HS code lookup, 206-country export brief, sanctions screening (OFAC + EU + UN), letter of credit (L/C) tracking, multi-currency ledger, VAT refund tracker, browser-to-customer calling, multi-warehouse and lot tracking, email discovery and verification, campaign management and reporting.

Pricing and Plans

How much does Sighthem cost?

The FREE plan is permanent (2 seats included). A 14-day PRO trial starts with no credit card. Paid plans: BUSINESS, PRO_PLUS, and ENTERPRISE; monthly or annual. Annual plans are 50% off. Live pricing on /fiyat.

Is a credit card required?

No. Sign-up requires no card. The 14-day PRO trial starts with SMS verification only; at the end of the trial the workspace falls back to FREE automatically.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancel any time from account settings. Monthly plans remain active to the end of the billing cycle. Annual plans qualify for a full refund within a 14-day cooldown. After cancellation, data is exportable for 30 days, then deleted.

How many users can I add?

FREE includes 2 seats. Paid plans include 5-25 seats per tier with a per-seat add-on cost beyond that. ENTERPRISE supports unlimited users plus a dedicated SLA.

Operations: Orders, Shipments, L/C

How does multi-currency work?

Orders, invoices, and ledgers are processed in their own currency (EUR / USD / TRY / GBP). Daily TCMB and market FX rates are fetched automatically; manual rates are also supported. Each customer has a per-currency running balance.

Do you support Incoterms 2020?

Yes. All 11 Incoterms (EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, DDP, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF) are selectable one-click in order and quote screens, with tooltip explanations for each term.

How do I find a GTIP / HS code?

12-digit HS code lookup is built in. Frequently used codes are cached at workspace level and auto-populate on future orders.

How is L/C (letter of credit) tracked?

Each L/C is tracked across 5 lifecycle states (PREPARED → SUBMITTED → ACCEPTED → DISCREPANCY → CLOSED). A cron alerts on approaching deadlines, discrepancy validation runs automatically, and SWIFT messages are versioned in slots.

Which sanctions lists are screened?

OFAC (US), EU consolidated sanctions list, and UN Security Council list. Three-mode screening (real-time + daily cron + manual lookup) covers customers, countries, and products.

How is the VAT refund tracker calculated?

Export amounts aggregate automatically. A 12-month trend chart, country breakdown, and per-declaration period total appear on a single page before each monthly VAT filing. The actual filing is not done in Sighthem; figures are handed off ready to your accountant.

How are shipments and documents managed?

Every order spawns a shipment tracked across 6 statuses. Documents (B/L, packing list, certificate of origin) are stored in versioned slots; share links are generated one-click.

Calls and Email

How does browser-to-customer calling work?

Outbound calls are placed via WebRTC from the browser over an international communications layer. 206 countries are supported; recordings are stored KVKK-compliant and replayable.

How is email sending handled?

Sighthem sends outbound email through a managed email delivery layer and connects to Gmail/Outlook inboxes via IMAP+SMTP. Each workspace can attach its own domain identity and send from its own address. Bulk send, automated lifecycle emails, open/click tracking, and unsubscribe management are included.

How does email discovery and verification work?

Pattern-based decision-maker email discovery from a company domain, plus real-time verification via a third-party verification service. Results cache at workspace level so repeated lookups on the same domain do not burn credits.

Data Security and KVKK / GDPR

Where is our data stored?

Customer databases sit in German EU-region data centers, compliant with GDPR and Turkey's KVKK. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Full security policy on /guvenlik.

Is Sighthem KVKK / GDPR compliant?

Yes. Explicit disclosure notice, role-based access (RBAC), audit logs, user data export/deletion rights, mandatory unsubscribe, explicit-consent management, and VERBİS notification infrastructure are all enforced. Notice text on /gizlilik.

How are passwords and payment info stored?

Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes; nobody, including Sighthem staff, can read them. Payment data is never stored on Sighthem; it is tokenized at a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment provider.

How is data backed up?

Hourly incremental + daily full backups, plus an off-site replica in a separate region. Disaster-recovery target: 24-hour restore.

Onboarding and Support

How do I migrate from Excel or another CRM?

CSV import is supported for leads, customers, and orders. Onboarding support (data migration + team training) is available when needed.

Can I see a demo or run a pilot?

Yes. Email info@sighthem.com, we set up a demo workspace pre-filled with sample data plus a 14-day PRO trial.

Support hours and channels?

Monday through Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (TRT) via info@sighthem.com. ENTERPRISE plans include a dedicated SLA and direct support channel.

Can I use Sighthem outside Turkey?

Yes. Multi-currency, 206-country export brief, and an English locale make Sighthem usable internationally. The infrastructure is KVKK + GDPR compliant, so EU operations are straightforward.

Is there a mobile app?

The web app works fully on mobile browsers; no separate install required.
