Why Sighthem?

Turkish trade operations still run on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and several disconnected tools. The result: missed follow-ups, inconsistent reporting, non-transferable customer relationships, and unmeasurable team performance. Sighthem consolidates this into one auditable, measurable system.

Who is it built for?

Sighthem is built for trade teams of 2-30 people:

  • Exporting manufacturers: SMBs producing their own goods for international markets (textile, machinery, chemicals, food, furniture, automotive supply).
  • Service exporters: Software, consulting, engineering and similar teams selling services across borders.
  • Importers: Companies importing for the domestic market that need supplier management, order, warehouse, and invoicing discipline.

Who is Sighthem not for?

Sighthem is cargo-owner focused. The following segments are intentionally out of scope because their needs belong to a different software category:

  • Forwarders (international shipping organizers), TMS tools like CargoWise serve this market.
  • Customs brokers, they need dedicated declaration and tax software.
  • Bonded / 3PL warehouse operators, WMS category.

These segments are indirect stakeholders, documents shared with forwarders and brokers are produced inside Sighthem, but Sighthem solves the cargo owner's operational needs, not theirs.

Vision

Trade teams in Turkey, even at SMB scale, deserve an operations backbone that enables corporate-grade discipline, data-driven decisions, and manageable growth. Sighthem was built to make this backbone the standard.

Ali Yıldırım, Founder

Ali Yıldırım comes from a trade-consulting background. After years of trying to install operational systems for exporter and importer SMBs across sectors, he kept hitting the same fragmented setup: Excel + WhatsApp + a couple of generic CRMs, then start over every year. Sighthem is the productized form of those observations, the concrete answer to the thesis that "a generic CRM cannot be bent into trade ops; the platform needs to be trade-native and sit on the team's daily workflow."
