This form contains the mandatory pre-purchase information required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contract Regulation Article 5.

2. Essential Features of the Service
- Service Type: Cloud-based CRM software (SaaS) and digital credit packages (email-verify credits, call credits).
- Usage Period: Subscription plans are monthly or yearly; credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase date.
- Technical Access: Via web browser on crm.sighthem.com panel.
3. Sale Price, Taxes and Additional Fees
All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT (20%). The sale price is not charged before being explicitly confirmed by the BUYER at the order confirmation step. Sighthem does not apply any hidden fees or post-delivery surcharges.
- Plan subscription fees: current on /fiyat page.
- Credit packs: listed on the relevant purchase page.
- No shipping fee (digital service).
4. Payment Method
Payments are processed via a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment service with credit/debit card. Card details are not stored on Sighthem servers; they are processed under PCI-DSS standards. 3D Secure authentication is applied.
5. Delivery and Performance
The service is activated in the BUYER account within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. No physical shipment is involved.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Exception
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contract Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly online or for intangible goods delivered immediately. The BUYER expressly acknowledges at the purchase step that the service will be delivered digitally and that the right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement of performance.
Notwithstanding, Sighthem commits to a prorated refund for outages caused by technical defects exceeding 24 hours. For details, see Delivery & Refund page.
7. Complaint and Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from the contract, the BUYER may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry, and to Istanbul Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding that threshold.

9. Confirmation
By checking "I have read the Pre-Information Form" at the payment step, the BUYER declares that they have been informed of all matters in this form and accepts its content.
